Serenity at Home was the perfect place for us to stay during our exciting first weekend visit to
Brooklyn and to New York city itself. It was very easy to catch the subway into Manhattan from the B
& B and it was fun to explore around the area on foot, walking around Prospect Park as well as the
vibrant surrounding avenues. The home itself was very impressive too. It is a beautifully decorated
late 19th century house with huge windows and high ceilings. Moreover, we were warmly welcomed
by our knowledgeable and easy-going host. Thanks!

We ended up staying here by accident but were pleasantly surprised. This is truly a serene oasis
just off of Flatbush: convenient and close to prospect park and subway station. The hosts are
wonderful! A perfect balance between friendly and warm, yet still gave us space and privacy when
we needed it. The bed is very comfortable, we slept like a rock. And we found the ambience of this
home very charming. I did not feel like I was in New York City while I was here, in a good way. And
Zenobia plays fun music in the kitchen during the day. I will definitely book my stay here again the
next time I come to Brooklyn!
